Our gins are distilled by our very own Jedd Cameron. He was the youngest distiller in South Africa and the goal of owner Ian was to never make boring gin!
CHILLI GIN
The Chilli flavour is bold and hot upfront and leaves a lingering reminder at the back of the throat. It is a genuine gin with a base of Juniper, Angelica Root, Coriander and Orange Peel. There is a hint of Cinnamon and Ginger to bring the flavour into balance with the heat.
We recommend drinking this gin with Ginger Ale. It makes a unique, interesting and unexpectedly delicious drink.

CITRUS GIN
This is a perfectly weighted zesty citrus-forward gin that balances the mouth feel with the aroma.
The bold zesty flavour is tempered by the gentle introduction of Orange Blossom and Cranberry. This leaves a lingering aftertaste that makes you want to do it again and again.
FLORAL GIN
An award-winning small-batch, handcrafted extra smooth and luxurious gin with a lavender overtone to the soft Juniper and Orange Blossom background.
This is a floral forward tasting gin that is equally at home as a sipping gin or paired with pink tonic for the ultimate iridescent refreshing G&T.
JOZI DRY GIN
Another award-winning gin fully captures the vibrant, spicy essence of our city. The distinct aroma of the Juniper is combined with Cinnamon and Ginger to give a refreshing introduction to this classic gin. The depth is then created by the addition of Angelica Root, Cardamom and 2 other minor botanicals.
A comfortable mouthfeel is the result of 4 distillations and careful blending of the macerated and infused botanicals.
SUMMER GIN
Drysdales Summer Gin fully captures the refreshing taste of a cool drink in the heat of summer. The distinct aroma of the Juniper is combined with Lime, Green Apple and Ginger to give a refreshing introduction to this classic gin. The depth is then created by the addition of Angelica Root, Cardamom and 2 other minor botanicals.
The comfortable mouthfeel is the result of 4 distillations, and the careful blending of the macerated and infused botanicals.
PREMIUM SLOE GIN
Our Sloe Gin is our premium range sipping gin. It is vapour infused using all-natural products to create a smooth yet complex base that is then directly infused over whole sloe berries for three months. The gin is processed in a way that prioritizes the superiority of quality and flavour. The end result is a gin so smooth you can sip it neat and a flavour so intriguing that you won’t want to put it down
